Jordan almost died in an accident, then received a call that flew him to Tulsa where he gave his life to God.

It starts with Paul sitting with Josh, Joseph, and Jordan, pastors he says are reaching the next generation at Victory. The room feels warm and practical. Josh talks through his work with youth and young adults, tracing the path through Oklahoma, Chicago, the Philippines, and Victory. Then the conversation gets plain. Ministry sounds less like a big event and more like faithful proximity in ordinary places. Show up at practice. A football practice at 7 a.m. or a volleyball game at five can become a real way into relationship. Put it on the calendar. That line keeps landing because the point is hard to dodge: if outreach never reaches the calendar, it probably will not happen. Jesus did ministry as he went, and that phrase gives the episode its rhythm. Leaders are pushed to notice ministry inside the life they already live. Consistency matters more than flash. The conversation keeps returning to relational influence, where one relational influencer starts carrying invitation to others. Wins become building blocks. The movement from 50 to 100 to 200 to 300 is treated as fruit from steady relational momentum, but numbers are not the foundation. The closing turn brings the room back to identity. The Father is pleased before the work looks successful. Some weeks feel low. Attendance disappoints. A sermon feels weak. The deeper anchor is being his son, not performing. That is the culture underneath: work hard, build healthy, reach youth and young adults, and stay rooted in being loved.
