Real. Guy. Pods.

SRTU is a weekly pro wrestling discussion show with its attention fixed mainly on WWE, WrestleMania season, and the stories that make a match feel urgent before the bell rings. It moves quickly. Jeff Peck and Dr. Trey Franklin work through new champions, pay-per-view fallout, match announcements, promos, injury reports, prediction records, and the week’s unanswered booking questions. The conversation assumes the listener can keep up with names like Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, John Cena, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, AJ Styles, LA Knight, Finn Ballard, Bianca, Rhea, EO, Braun Breaker, and Bronson Reed. That familiarity gives the show room to argue about specifics instead of explaining the basics. A Kevin Owens and Randy Orton build becomes a conversation about which dangerous move the story is really selling. A Seth Rollins injury becomes a broader question about timing, character reinvention, and whether a storyline should wait until the right players are healthy. A CM Punk and Roman Reigns promo becomes a debate over whether verbal shots should stay verbal until the match. The show also has a historian’s reflex. Hogan slamming Andre, Austin and Hart, David Arquette, Vince McMahon, the Authority-era Rollins, the Monday Night Messiah, and older wrestling tropes all surface as context for what is happening now. AEW is part of the orbit too, especially around Revolution previews, Jericho discussion, Sting and Flair references, and weekly controversy. The tone is informal and blunt without becoming detached. Prediction scores, event ratings, match-of-the-night picks, Patreon callouts, and reminders to support local independent wrestling give episodes a recurring shape. It is not polished studio punditry. It feels like a standing weekly wrestling conversation between people who have watched long enough to remember the weird turns, the great peaks, and the times a promising angle lost its way. SRTU is best for fans who want spirited WWE analysis with AEW awareness, sharp booking opinions, and enough old-school memory to place each new feud in a larger wrestling timeline.
