Justin Nelson - From Real Estate to Entrepreneurship with Sphere Rocket VA's

·31 min·1 clip
Justin says clients began paying $1,000, then $2,000, then $10,000 to get the same virtual assistant help.
Jane Jackson speaks with Justin Nelson about a career shaped by early hustle. He begins with his real estate start at 17, when he was already doing marketing, lead generation, and inside sales campaigns. That early edge mattered. Justin says watching other people's failures helped him learn best practices faster, and that gave him a head start once he was licensed. That head start paid off. In his first year as a licensed agent, he generated $320,000 in gross commissions with help from social media and marketing growth hacks. Jane moves through the timeline carefully, from those early wins into the years between 18 and 26, when Justin was working as a traditional real estate agent and helping his dad grow a team. The story keeps widening. He describes gaining ownership in the team, opening locations in different states and different parts of the state, and becoming a familiar name inside Keller Williams. Speaking became a second career. At 21, Justin was on roughly 150 stages across about 40 states, and that visibility pushed him toward training and coaching other agents who wanted to know how he had done it. The road took a toll. After about two years living on the road and speaking constantly, he knew he did not want to stay there forever, so he started stepping back from pure sales work. Leverage became the next theme. He explains how coaching programs, hypergrowth strategies, and virtual assistants became the answer to the problem he kept seeing in small businesses and real estate teams. Sphere Rocket grew from that need. Justin says the company was built to help small business owners hire virtual workers and use them well, and since 2020 it has placed over 4,000 virtual assistants. Jane keeps the tone warm. The segment wraps with practical contact details, but the deeper thread is about confidence, transition, and turning personal success into a system other people can use.
