Root demands treason trials for judges who release illegal aliens accused of murdering American children.
The gun comes first. Wayne opens with a 250th anniversary United States celebration gun, showing the gold one and the black one as if self-defense can double as stagecraft. He calls it beautiful. Gordon Bond, owner, founder, and CEO of Bond Arms, enters while Wayne sells the firearm as practical protection and a collector's piece. The Derringer lineage gets plenty of time. Wayne keeps coming back to the same sell: tiny size, big power, old design, and something he says he now carries around Las Vegas. Then the show jerks into politics. After the product praise, Wayne turns to his own broadcasting grind. He says he is on two hours a day, Monday through Friday, with hundreds of opinions per show. The boast becomes his credential. He counts the years, the weeks, the shows, and the predictions until the arithmetic is part of the performance, another reason listeners are meant to trust the next swing. The target is the courts. Wayne says the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to stop lower-court lawfare against deportations, then asks why lower courts should be able to overrule the president. He gives the judges no benefit of the doubt. In his version, they know nothing about national security, and their resistance is not caution. It is communist insurrection and treason. January 6 becomes the comparison point. Wayne says the people there were protesters, not insurrectionists, and argues they thought the country was being stolen. He blames Pelosi. His point is blunt: powerless protesters get treated as enemies, while judges with real authority get handled too softly. The temperature never drops. He turns the judiciary into small-time blockers and treats deportation power as a presidential national-security issue, not something for courts to slow down. Then the sales lane opens again. The close shifts to Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC, a 40,000-acre project Wayne says took 40 years to assemble. The pitch goes big. He calls it a new basin in the United States, says it is an order of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, and sends accredited investors to LostSoldier.com to fill out a form. That is the episode's rhythm: sell the gun, put the judges on trial, relitigate January 6, sell the oil project, and keep the heat on the whole time.
