The episode opens with Bernie Goldbach introducing himself as the host of Topgold Audio Clips, specifically episode 643. He immediately establishes his location in the sunny southeast of Ireland, precisely in Clonmel, County Tipperary. He references a Google Maps coordinate, E91X431, to pinpoint his spot. Bernie details his current activities: digging, filling, growing, weeding, planting, and fertilizing spaces behind his house. He mentions it's a lovely sunny day and plans to leave cover art as proof. The cover art depicts a sunrise coming up through a verge at the back of his house. Bernie explains that Tim Araneta suggested he chronicle this sunrise by standing there at half past six every morning to snap it. He reflects on making this a landscape item, perhaps an imaginary door to capture the sun. He notes that the sun comes up at different angles in different months due to Earth's rotation and pivot. Bernie expresses enjoyment in his weeding and gardening tasks. He hopes listeners are enjoying their day too. The episode concludes with Bernie directing listeners to find more about his activities by searching for Top Gold on Good Social Networks, clarifying it's not Top Golf. He signs off with a promise to talk tomorrow.
