DJ Jams reveals the number one song on the day Amani was born in 1994.
DJ Jams hosts a birthday special on Big Sof M for a listener named Amani. He opens by revealing a birthday fact: Everything Changes by Take That was the UK number-one single on 10th April 1994, the day Amani was born. He plays that track first. DJ Jams also notes that Pink Floyd's The Division Bell was the number-one album in the year and month Amani was born. He follows with Heatwave by Glass Animals dedicated to Amani. A listener named Donya then has two tracks played: Perfect by Ed Sheeran featuring Beyonce, identified as Donya's first dance song. DJ Jams checks in warmly with the audience. Amani's own song choice, We Pray by Coldplay, is played next. DJ Jams then attempts live on air to find an additional song — possibly a Witness track or a song called Yesterday's Wake — but is unable to locate it. He decides spontaneously to close with Bad Habits by Ed Sheeran for Amani's birthday. In the sign-off, DJ Jams drops the radio persona briefly to address Amani personally, saying he hopes they can meet up soon.
