S7.E18 - JFiW - Internal Struggles of Freak Net Studios

·1 hr 53 min·5 clips

Marshae Rocket consoles a crying Misa Kate, then suddenly hits her with an M-80, shocking the crowd and Steve Boz.

The episode begins with a sponsor read for CarterComics.com, followed by Travis teasing internal conflict about 'shit your buddies was talking' to Nubby. They agree to discuss wrestling first, starting with Powell Entertainment's results, though details are sparse, and mention Mason Perks retaining his title. The focus shifts to CSW, where they recap matches including Quintero retaining the Metro Division title and a trios match involving a mannequin with Ryan Matthews' face. The main event is detailed: Misa Kate loses the women's title to Amina Belmont in a three stages of hell match, then is attacked by Marshae Rocket and Steve Boz in a shocking turn, with the crowd chanting 'Fuck you Boz.' The hosts analyze this as a potential storyline shift involving CSW originals. They then preview weekend wrestling events: SCW's Arctic Takedown features Nubby vs. Scott Spade, RVP defending the women's title, and James Creed vs. Jimmy Carrick for the heavyweight championship. Other shows covered include Ultimate Combat Gauntlet, Freelance (sold out), Destination 6, IWA Productions, and Frontline Pro. The latter part of the episode addresses a parody video from the L.I.M. (Little Italian Men), where Gabagool and Double J mock JFW, calling Nubby a 'soft shell bitch.' Travis and Nubby dissect this, criticizing the L.I.M.'s scripted content and questioning Gabagool's leadership, while defending their own podcast's authenticity. They mention Pac-Man's absence and tease his future return to the show. The episode blends wrestling news with interpersonal drama within the podcast network.
