A Sprunky Carnival features a K-pop Demon Hunters ring toss where characters try to win a derpy playmate.

The episode opens at a Sprunki carnival featuring a K-pop Demon Hunters ring toss game that introduces the main cast: Derpy, Sussy, and Roomie as plush companions. Roomie is quickly established as the central character, joining a family household with Orin as the father figure, Pinkie as a maternal presence, and Mira and Zoe as additional friends. A kitchen segment shows Roomie attempting to cook — breaking pasta, cracking eggs, burning toast, and nearly starting an electrical fire with the toaster before Derpy helps resolve the chaos. Cardboard becomes the show's recurring creative material: the characters build a pretend toaster, a figure called Uncle Simon or Sprunkle, and later a full-size slide painted sky blue that Roomie repeatedly descends. A cardboard bank shaped like a snail is crafted to hold coins, with commentary about poor interest rates. In a doctor roleplay segment, Roomie sets up a pretend clinic using cardboard props, gives Papa Orin a reluctant shot, and works with Nurse Pinkie. A chocolate-retrieval adventure involves Orin constructing a device using cardboard and chopsticks, resulting in Roomie getting a mini-fridge stocked with fresh fruit. The characters sneak out to a park, bring something home, and attempt to bathe and hide it from Mom. A cardboard disco party setup with a DJ booth and speaker is constructed, complete with a rainbow and apple juice stand. After a nap and homework session, the episode shows the characters building a TV-shaped sleeping box called a Simon TV to hide from Mom at bedtime. A grocery run goes sideways when the Sprunki characters are caught shoplifting and end up in grocery jail, rescued through a series of cardboard distractions. The episode closes with Mom discovering the Sprunki characters and being revealed as their biggest fan, with the narrator teasing that she will now want the rest of the collection.
